V1+ updates?

Hello all from New Zealand where I have been operating a V1 + on my BBQ for some time now and it works very well. I think it is software version 1.06 but I'm not sure if there is a newer version (with English) or indeed how even to do an update.

If someone could please advise that would be very much appreciated.

Hi Colin, there is currently no newer official version. There will be new updates as soon as all changes for the integration of the ESP32 have been made.

Many thanks, I may upgrade to a v3 perhaps soon I would be interested to change the display to something like an ePaper 4.3" display as an experiment so perhaps the v3 would be a good base for my experiment.

Nice idea! But for 4.3" you prefer to wait for the new Mini V3. More installation space. We have already experimented with ePaper display, but updating the display quickly is a bit difficult.
